Tried The Copt Hill on a whim tonight and I’m SO pleased we stumbled across it. The food was absolutely divine, the service was brilliant and the decor was beautiful. We will absolutely be visiting again and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. I’ll dream about the creamy cabbage I had tonight 😄
A local country pub, with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Inside a character pub and restaurant with a menu to suit most tastes. The food was lovely, and the service was good. Would recommend and will be back to try more of the menu.

Tried for the first time today.
The service from the barmaid to waitress was pleasant and polite.
We ordered the black pudding scotch egg with a separate side order of chips and the fish finger sandwich with separate side salad.

Warm welcome. Good service. I missed having the option of a chicken dish on the menu but, food was hot and really good. What an upgrade to the place. Very nice. Well worth a visit.

Although we had quite a wait due to it being so busy and sadly some of the menu was not available we were still able to pick from the variety of dishes offered. Sunday lunch was really nice, I find it hard to get a good Sunday lunch but this was great. Only downside was the menu stated it come with mash swede and honey roast carrot, but it didnt. I didn't mind but the wife likes mashed swede. Will definitely be back

Just shared a night with my family celebrating my mother's 93rd birthday. We went here because the food is good the surroundings are pleasant but the main reason is the restaurant manager and staff. Went for the steak night. Two steak meals and bottle of wine for £30. Despite it being a snowy horrible evening it was busy. The waiting staff took our order and explained there would be a 20 - 25 min wait for food (this was 6.15pm). Fair enough, I would rather be told. Worth the wait. Beautiful ste
