Absolutely fantastic place to eat and drink.
The owners have put a lot of time, effort and money in to this place recently and it has paid off. Looking forward to spending afternoons in the beer garden when its finished.

Met 2 of my school friends who I have known for 53 years. My baby sister joined us too. I live in Darlington and so left the meet-up place to my 2 friends. They chose well. We were there for over 5 hours and the service, atmosphere and food were brilliant.
Best pub food in the area by a country mike. The new menu is unreal, can’t recommend it enough.

The Beehive Inn has the feel of a traditional public house with it's dark wood, stained coloured glass and mirrored bar fixtures. The new menu looks good. The Gyros is very tasty, but it was filled out with rocket (I think). The lamb kofta flatbread was nice, but could have had a little more meat. My daughter really enjoyed the beesting parmo, chips are very moreish. Drinks were a little pricy but n line with most places. W
My daughter and I visited for food whilst staying at an air b&b just around the corner. We both had the hot beef sandwich with chips, it was amazing!! Staff were chatty and friendly. If we get the chance would definitely visit again! Thankyou.

Had the prawn special and scampi, it was very nice 👍. Also drinks and service was good too.
Lovely food, friendly attentive staff. Been a few times now and will go again. I recommend the 'Fish and Chips Afternoon Tea' which is a little different and very nice.
The meals are superb always fresh produce, good portion size didn't wait very long. Fantastic staff 👍
