As a very long time customer of Yo! since it first launched in London we sauntered in to eat and then sat down only then to glance at the reviews for this branch. They weren’t flattering.

Food was really good, not much on the belt but we went for the menu street food anyway. Service was a tad slow we waited a long time for the waitress to check if we were done or if we wanted the bill despite being 1 of 3 tables in there. We had to flag her down.
The waitress we had today was amazing. She really helped us and was extremely patient while we faffed about ordering for 6 kids. The food was lovely too as always. Thanks so much.
Thanks for my birthday meal yesterday haven’t been for years ! I used to work for yo 15 years ago loving the new vibe and decor and the food was great , first time for my family they loved it , service was great see again you soon
It was my first time in a conveyor belt style sushi restaurant. Overall it was good, I loved the sushi and the atmosphere. The service is not the best, no one seemed to be paying attention in case you needed anything.
The service was absolutely great, our waitress was lovely and informative and answered any questions that we may have had. The food was lovely, will 100% be coming back. Special shout out to jack the manager for being welcoming and making our experience GR8 👍🏼👍🏼👏
Had a lovely lunch date with a great variety of food on the conveyer belt. Server checked for my food intolerances and was very good with the orders.

The restaurant itself looks great and has such a welcoming feel to it. The staff were really accommodating in supporting me with an allergy and didn’t make me feel like I was a hassle.
It was really easy to use the belt system and I loved the robot!

We arrived without booking (it was very busy at the time but we didn't think to book before hand) Jei, who greeted us at the door managed to find us a table and then talked through everything to make sure we had everything we nee
A very nice experience had here today. Food was served quickly, hot and fresh. Staff members very helpful with explaining how the restaurant works. Overall had a great experience here. Definitely looking to return again.
Addendum: Place seems to only have chopsticks to eat with. If you have a dexte
The food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets needed attention in the way of cleaning and repairing. The restaurant was very quiet so there was no reason why the toilets were so bad.
Superb food glad we tried it! Chicken Katsu curry was excellant, modest portion so a starter with it would be plenty.
Best YO Sushi experience we have ever had and I have been alot over the years . Staff was great and helped my son with his chopsticks , super friendly and honestly the food is the best I've ever had , much better and fresher than Trafford Centre . Thanks guys ...
