Had a really fabulous time , celebrating the wedding Mr,Mrs B ridge, afternoon tea was lovely,then we had a disco and buffet which was also fabulous all day the lovely staff went out of their way to make the day perfect .the rooms we stayed in were brilliant really clean and well maintained. The young lad and female that looked after the upstairs bar were absolutely brilliant all night , the young female who was also in the downstairs bar earlier never stopped she was training a new member of staff even at the most busyist time but was always very professional,well done to all at the Bridge ,will definitely be recommended you ,
The first time in the pub I only had food so I do not know what the rooms are like hence no rating.
The food was really nice. Yorkshire pudding was an unusual and different texture to the norm. I gave it to my other half! But the vegetable soup with bread was really yummy and was the roast potatoes. Will be going in again for food as they do offers on certain nights too, pizza night etc.
Called in for the full English Breakfast.

Friends and I went for food and a catch up. The food was outstanding and the young chef called Kieran was so lovely, he came out of the kitchen to advice of any delays and checked everything was ok. Then he told us was his last shift. But hopefully the food will just be as good.
Lovely pub - great beer and staff. We only had drinks so didn't try the rooms. Great decor too
Rental of the upstairs bar for a party/event was great. They had 2 real ales on downstairs as well.
Not been in for years, pleasantly surprised, a lot of money has been spent on this place. It looks clean and fresh. I'm definitely going back. Just went back we where watching the test cricket on TV, and a lady from behind the bar just turned it to the racing channel, never asked, so we left and will not return. 4 tv's in the room we where watching the cricket. Another one bites the dust.
Very nice pub with good food not stayed in any of the rooms if they are like the rest of the pub they will be very nice.
Lovely place, we stayed over while visiting family and the room was clean, had everything we needed. BIG shame that we paid for breakfast to sadly have it refunded upon arrival as they weren't doing breakfast the following morning. Really clean throughout and a good pint - will be staying again in the not too distant future and will hopefully get back in time to eat there too.
We attended a private party in the function suite. It's a nice sized room and the young staff on the bar were very friendly and helpful. The catering side of things went a bit awry as pie and peas got served first (very nice) but the children had to wait at least 20mins for the pizzas to arrive, so not sure if they'd forgotten them (!) Despite that I would recommend this as a good space for a function

We hired The Bridge for our wedding reception on 4th February!! The staff went absolve and beyond to ensure us and our guests had a great night!! The food was lovely, the room was great and all the staff worked so hard.
We really did have a wonderful night. Thank you.

The bartender fin gave me exceptional service! Only came in for a Prosecco but ended up getting a bottle since I felt so welcomed and catered too! Definitely going to be back!

All in all a pleasant stay for a one night work stop over.
Went to a retirement party upstairs, great room and atmosphere. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly. Would defo recommend.
