Brilliant optician department. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Eye tests first class and glasses ordered are delivered very quickly. Good selection of affordable frames.

Always go to Tesco weekly. I can get what I want & some good bargain to boot, usually saver money on other supermarkets at the till. If the managers would stop moving things round it would be perfect ..
We were given permission to do a bag packing fundraiser at the store yesterday and I just want to say how wonderful I thought the staff were. We had a number of children helping as we were raising funds for their friend with terminal cancer whose family are trying to source funding abroad for life saving treatment and the staff on the checkouts were just lovely with them. I want to say a special thank you to Helen who assisted/entertained my 7 year old girl all afternoon whilst doing her own job. Thank you also to the community colleague who gave us the earliest date available! We really appreciated the support from the Horwich Store and all of its customers/ employees!
The Tesco Cafe is located on the second floor of Tesco Supermarket. You can view the whole supermarket when you sit next to the windows. The food is just like the other Tesco Cafe, good quality but not expensive.
Food is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cafe is clean too
Safe are very helpful and caring take time out too say hello how are you today before covid 19 now with 19 they are doing everything they can too keep us safe.

Nice and quite setting place. Cappucino is a little bit cold. Cheap. It seems clean and peaceful.
