Came here with the family during vacation. Had a great time. Staff was awesome. I definitely suggested if you want to have a good time. We had a blast.
I love bowling and this is generally a great place. However we wanted two lanes together and were told that the only way to do this was to pay for VIP lanes. I thought I'd give it a go. There was nothing special about the VIP area to justify any extra money and the lanes themselves were actually in poor condition affecting the bowling. The non-VIP lanes all appear to be in much better condition and I'm not sure why we couldn't have had two of those. I would happily recommend bowling here but DO NOT pay extra for VIP!

We visited on a Sunday and booked the pre-11.00am early bird deal for a family of four. This deal is really good value for money and gives you 25% off each game.

We played two games which cost £40 after the discount was applied saving around £13 in total.

The lanes are in really good condition and the atmosphere was really fun.

Drinks are very expensive which I guess is to be expected in venues like this, however the service was great and all staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Came here for a date night with the other half.
So much to do here there's arcades, pool tables and obviously there is bowling.
As long as you have flat shoes on you can wear you're own shoes if you want to.. bowling shoes are available.
Plenty of lanes which are well kept
Lovely clean and fresh environment, staff are friendly and helpful had a fab time.
Raucous and noisy, not a place to come if you want to calmly meditate as you roll the bowling balls. Expect music you hardly hear piped over loud kids and adults all having fun, slightly sticky floors, staff bustling round busily, and no amount of jumping whooping and celebrating makes you look out of place here.
Service to your lane is possible but can take a wee while sometimes, and the food and drinks range are simple but cost effective and decent quality at the price point. Bar service is prompt, and pool tables and alleys are plentiful enough even at peak time you never wait that long.
Overall five stars - if the above sounds good and you like bowling without getting a bank loan, it's top tier.

Had fun bowling and food served at the lane. Halal certificate is presented but from Germany and from a slaughterhouse that also slaughters and supplies Pork. Waitress presented me with a certificate from Josef Schnabels GmbH & Co. The certificate had a QR code that could not be found online. And the printed certificate is from June 2022, expired in June 2023. Very hard to find any reliable English information about this certification on HBs own website or the QR scanned website for HCG. Muslims should eat at their own discretion (see image below). Why is HMC not involved? Why is it German certified burgers and chicken? Who is HCG? Why is the certificate not found on an English site? Please can someone from HB look into this to reassure muslim customers that the halal food is indeed halal. Too many questions raised. Furthermore, customers should ask the waitress how it is prepared as the menu has a footbote stating that halal and non-halal food may be prepared together. Therefore, it could be in contact with najis. Maybe that's why they didn't get HMC approval, as this would fail halal certification. Further clarification is needed again. MUSLIMS BE VERY AWARE BEFORE EATING HERE.
Went in when we went to see pink great service the place was rammed as you can imagine no complaints staff should all get a few more quid in there wages for the service alone 😀
This is a good bowling alley it's cheaper than the ones at the Trafford Centre Good value for money and Great decor. Staff helpful after we missed our slot by 20mins due too traffic. They rebooked us for a few hours later the same day so the kids in the group were not disappointed.
I've lived in the area more many years and Hollywood bowl has gone under another refurbishment and for the better!
I took my kids and had an absolutely fantastic time bowling and playing around in the arcade. Very easy to book online and when you turn up its all set up for you. Staff were friendly and you don't have to wear bowling shoes if you don't want to.
I took my 10 year old grandaughter and she throughly enjoyed it. The staff were great but 2 games for £22 I did find it expensive.
Took the father in law whose in a wheelchair and we had no issues got a land with a ramp so he could bowl too, drinks came quickly once ordered via app. Fun was had by all.

Great place for bowling. The atmosphere is lively and plenty to do if you do not wish to bowl or wait. I did my booking online, which was so easy to do. I ordered drinks and jugs of juice, and I got plenty. They played all era of music. Service and staff were friendly. They also have a pool table area as well as arcades. Definitely recommend for a family day out or couples.

We go as a family regularly and it's always clean and tidy, busy but never chaotic. Staff are friendly. I made the leader board yesterday with 4 strikes! My only gripe is the arcade could be a little better and cheaper
