The best coffee shop chain ! Always top class, a little crowded at times but to be expected.
Always good customer service.
If I wish to try something different, staff always welcome to suggest drinks.

Popped in to get 3 take out drinks. Big handwritten sign on the door saying 'Card payment only' store was very quiet for a large retail park and the atmosphere in the store reflected this. The only member of staff was efficient but not so friendly, she made 3 great drinks which were hot and well made.
This place has really good coffee and great customer service it also has a great amount of parking however the decor could do with a bit of a tidy or paint.
The reason I like this place so much is it in the middle of a retail park so there is much to do before and after your coffee ☕
Great service here as always, had my coffee and cake taken to my table as I use a walking stick. Service with a smile. The role hot chocolate was lovely as was the chocolate and caramel loaf cake.
Decent Costa coffee it was exactly how you would expect it to be really. The stink of coffee beans and the hubbub of chatter from the customers. I had a black coffee americano and it was tasty to be honest.
Went to Costa coffee today for a festive drink and I wasn't disappointed, I had the Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate complete with whipped cream and a segment of Terry's chocolate, it was the most yummy hot chocolate ever, just what you need to get you in the festive mood and to warm you up on the cold winter months to come .
Called for a skinny Latte. Did not have anything to eat .cakes looked good in the cabinet.

I love a Costa Coffee when I'm out shopping etc Best coffee you can buy.
I was sat in Starbucks when it asked me to comment on the Costa. I'm sure it's lovely but I have never been.
Coffee shop was clean and tidy, all empty tables were cleared of any plates, cups & saucers etc.
Drinks nice and hot, cake delicious as normal.
Staff were pleasant and dressed in uniform.
Plenty of carparking spaces.
Toilet was clean and smelt nice.
Staff welcoming, cafe clean.

Very busy only had mostly Vegan food left. Not as much chocolate in the hot chocolate as there used to be. Come on Costa... don't put your prices up AND scimp on the product, that's not fair.

Busy as it was lunch time and the place is still new. Friendly staff, quick service. I had a bonfire spiced latte which was lovely, and a tasty panini, and then picked up some smart jeans on my way out 👍☕
