Me and my partner visited today and we had a great time, a lovely lady called Katie has made our evening very enjoyable, amazing customer service wish there was more people like that working in restaurants.

A ubiquitous Harvester pub (nothing wrong with that though) with excellent service, easily accessible, and near the motorway network (M61). The food was a little dry suggesting it had been kept warm rather than freshly cooked, but for the reasonable price that was ok.
Came in on a busy Friday night as a family of 4, no booking. We were greeted by James, who found us a table within 10 minutes. Our server was Wendy, got our drinks straight away and food order when she came back. Had a smile on her face the whole night and kindly had a lovely chat with us. Hope to be served by her again.
Me and my partner came for food on Monday 25/09/2023. Lorna the deputy manager was brilliant from start to finish! She gave her recommendations from the menu and we had a laugh with her. She created a lovely atmosphere. Food was also brilliant. The lunch time menu is a bargain however I didn’t fancy a dessert. It worked out at exactly the same price and so we gave Lorna her favourite dessert on our bill to enjoy on her break. Thank you for making our experience as fab as it always is at the harvester! We will be back! 😃
Lovely setting. We were greeted by Lorna (Deputy Manager) who is just a delight - she always has a smile on her face and remembered us from a previous visit (and to think how many different faces she'll see during the course of a working week - we were quite amazed!).
Super service and lovely food. Staff were superb - Lorna was first class.

Staff here were lovely, service with a smile. Well priced, good food. The salad bar was full of really fresh vegetables (we went for lunch around 12pm) plenty of parking with the disabled spots right next to the entrance. Can definitely recommend this restaurant.
We booked here for a large party of 14 adults and 9 children. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our tables. While our drinks were being prepared we managed to decide what we wanted to eat from the varied menu. The order was taken by a very pleasant member of staff who was very patient. The food served was excellent and all the food arrived at the same time which we thought was a fabulous achievement. We had a brilliant evening and can't thank the team enough.
Just want to put this on here as we've had the most amazing experience and overall the best service we've had in a long time by our server Katie!! Brought my 8 year old sister here after mini golf and she's a very picky eater but Katie made sure her food was made how she wanted it which she ate all including pudding. Katie deserves a big raise and promotion. She is incredible at her job!! Definitely be coming back!! If I could give a higher than 5 star rating I would!!
Went for breakfast, ultimate build your own. Whats not to love about a breakfast your way, with the option to add chips and a steak to it....
Cracking fast service despite being told there was a delay. Only complaint is refillable drinks are only refillable by staff not by yourself, which leads to waiting for drinks, seems unnecessary in my opinion. Our server Wendy was friendly and polite.
