Nice store with great staff. Counter is the wrong way round meaning that you need to walk past the collection point to order your coffee. Toilets are hidden away in the back right corner of the shop.

I come here at least once a week with a couple of friends, and I always receive great customer service. The tables are normally cleared and cleaned, and the coffee is consistently what I would expect from a place such as this.
Great experience. My card had a problem, they gave us our drinks at no charge, even though my husband was joining us in 10 minutes and I could pay them when he arrived. When he got there, he ordered and tried to pay for ours but they said no. It's a very nice treat, even though we were happy to pay.

They mistakenly didn't give me the right size drink, but upon pointing it out, very swiftly made me a replacement drink of the right size. The location is great, being situated inside of the cinema so it's a great location for a coffee, film and a meal afterwards seeing as TGI Fridays is right next
