Been a lot over the years here to this restaurant but never reviewed it.
Never had any issues at all.
Always fairly busy which is no surprise as the food is always excellent. It can take a while to come sometimes but that is understandable given how busy it is.
Staff are always friendly and nothing you ask for is too much trouble.
Toilets are clean
Plenty of parking as it is on a retail park. You can access via the stairs or lift and park underneath which is perfect for the British weather.
The bar is excellent if you want to just visit for drinks or just have a drink before your table is ready. There is seating in the bar also.
Really enjoyed the visit with my family, we all loved the food we had and the restaurant itself is surprisingly lovely given that it is sat on top of a car park.
Nice little terrace outside, and nicely appointed inside.
My only gripe was the price for the quantity of food received. I think I paid £14 for 3 tacos and they were very small and with only a small amount of meat (and other fillings) in them. £8 would have been a more reasonable price for the quantity.

Best food I've eaten at any restaurant. Great vibe to the place, sombreros if you want to wear one. Staff are friendly. Cocktails are superb. Definitely will be going again.

Youngsters may be surprised to know that there used to be a Chiquito on every street in Britain. Sadly nowadays they’re as rare as a Blockbuster Video store. This is a nice restaurant, roomy and comfortable. The menu is a lot more creative than it has been in recent years but all the old favourites are still there. You’d be naïve to think everything is made fresh from scratch but that doesn’t stop it being tasty and it’s pretty good value for money. Be warned that it closes at 10pm most nights and they can get a bit tetchy when you’re still working on a fajita come then but don’t let that put you off — it’s a nice place for a date or family meal.
Myself and my girlfriend came here a few weeks back. Overall we had a great time. We found the food to be great, full of flavors and filling. The staff were very attentive and had great customer service. Would definitely come again.
From entering the restaurant met by a lovely welcoming lady. Went for a dinner menu. With our family. Great choice food was really good and plenty. We had a 2 course set menu . Good price. All staff who served us fantastic really friendly . Was a great experience definitely going again.
Went for my sons 18th birthday meal. Was absolutely amazing. The food and cocktails were perfect. Would definitely recommend

Good food and good sized portions, friendly waitress service, didn't have to wait long for food to arrive - tho' it was pretty quiet at the time. Prices not bad for the lunch time deal
Had a great time today with the family, nice atmosphere, great staff and speedy service. It’s a shame there are not more Chiquitos around really as I would venture more often. Everyone enjoyed the food and although I though the chicken fajitas were a touch bland it’s doesn’t stop me giving it 5 stars. Parking was easy even though it was nearly 2pm on match day which I had not considered. Nice casual dining and great for families.

Very happy with my experience today. Nipped in for an early tea with the family after bowling. I told the waitress (I think her name was Kat) that i was vegan and she was extremely helpful. She brought me a seperate vegan menu and gave me advice on the best dishes as she was vegan also. The food was delicious and even my fussy 8 year old was happy. Kat was very friendly and kept us informed of how long our food would be. Will definitely return.
Great place, great hats. Sister loved the gluten free menu and tequila. Best to park underneath incase it rains.
