The coffee is good as usual. Busy but friendly staffs. However the place is dirty. Tables are unclean and we have to wipe it off ourselves. Toilet is smelly and dirty. Maybe more staffs on floor as well.
Staff was polite and welcoming. Didn’t take long for us to grab our coffees and be out soon :)
I had stopped going here for a while due to poor overall service (as reviews will show from 5+ months ago) but after my last couple of visits this branch has really turned around. Looks like there are lots of new staff who are all so friendly, professional and quick. It can get quite loud and messy
Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent service. If you are in Horsham and looking for somewhere to have a rest with a decent coffee then head to East Street and go into Starbucks great coffee fantastic team of staff

Great store, clean and quick service. I will specifically go 10 minutes out of my morning commute to go here, the staff are so friendly and they make the best coffee!

Though it was clean and and the staff where friendly for reason I brought a can of drink as using the place to go toilet three times during that day. The can was £2.85 which I thought was over priced considering the can was the size of a normal red bull can .
