Amazing local bakery with lovely pastries freshly baked in the morning! The croissants are light and crispy. The pain au chocolat is to die for!! Cinnamon buns are tasty as well. It has a great spacious interior with an open kitchen set up where you can see the breads being made. The coffees also delicious!
Came in a little while ago and thought it was delicious! Fresh ingredients and amazing attention to detail. It was baked to perfection and the blackberry's were exactly ripe :)

Wow!! I visited this morning and bought a baguette and mixture of pastries to try. I haven’t got through them all yet but can I just say, if you’ve got a sweet tooth and you’re only going to buy one thing, please buy a caramel cruffin…you will not regret it!! These have the perfect light, flaky croissant dough with the most amazing flavoured caramel cream which is throughout the whole cruffin. The lady serving was also very pleasant and happy which also makes a difference. Thank you to a wonderful bakery!
There is nowhere in Horsham that does patisserie like Gwyn’s, nowhere. To be honest, I don’t think I’ve had a better pain au chocolat anywhere in the world - and I’ve had a few! Excellent coffee too. Take a baguette home, split, butter, ham, and a gherkin or two on the side. You could be in France …

Transcends being a bakery to being a dealer of highly addictive, perfect baked products. Should almost be illegal to be this tasty. Could only be better if I didn't have to detour into Horsham on a bike ride for epic coffee and pastries (that would get 7 out of 5 stars 😂). In the process of replanning my usual routes to accommodate a regular stop off.......
OMG, this place is the #1 go to for their cinnamon buns and a coffee. It’s great to see these local businesses make these cakes and buns on the premises and use local coffee suppliers.
The smell of freshly baked bread and buns is warm and welcoming. We love to sit outside and watch the world go by.
OMG, tried Gwyn's bakery croissants and baguettes for the first time. Saw them online saw the pics and reviews and had to try for myself. It's been so hard for example finding decent French style baguettes in Crawley. Well these baguettes and croissants were the BEST EVER!!! Well done bakers, I'll be back😁
