Went for a drink, ended up having breakfast, really nice, nice touches like herbs on the tomato, spinach on the mushroom but the main thing which will bring me back is it was served on hot plates. Wonderful 😊
I visited here at 2pm on a Saturday and it was fairly quiet, although I can't understand why... I had a chicken pesto toastie and an almond Bakewell, both lovely... and the coffee, a latte decaf, was the best coffee I've ever tasted...
I'm curious about your sourcing and preparation, because this coffee was delicious, not bitter, or lukewarm like nearly ALL the other coffee shops in Horsham... It was tasteful and nice and hot, just like all coffee should be. Top marks from me, I'll visit again soon! Thank you :-)

Just wanted to feedback on the excellent service I have received over the past few months. Cafe is always very clean, coffee excellent and staff are pleasant and welcoming.
I wanted to mention manager Sam as being particularly hard working and professional. She has an excellent manner with the customers and seems to work extremely hard. I overheard another customer praising her recently as being ‘prepared to go the extra mile’ and I agree. There is a lot of competition in Horsham but I choose to return for my coffee due to Sam and the team.

I often visit this friendly cafe when I head into the town centre. Always tidy, well stocked and clean. Staff are really friendly and one member inparticular always brings my order to my table as I have young children. Such a help and kind gesture. She engages well with everyone and in turn this gives you a real sense of being a valued customer. Top marks
Always enjoy visits to both the Horsham & Chichester branches. Coffee (& food) normally great. Given it 4 stars instead of 5 though as Thursday afternoon’s visit was not good. My flat white was bitter, only warm & just full of foam - not at all the usual standard & didn’t resemble or taste like a flat white. My husband’s black coffee was also bitter & lukewarm. Didn’t have time to mention as only one member of staff & she was busy. It won’t put me off as I’ll be back at the weekend to try again - hopefully it was a one off!
Delicious toasties - I thoroughly recommend the chicken pesto one. A really nice relaxing place to catch up with friends. Friendly staff and good quality food and drink.
Coffee and patisserie are good. Service can be a bit on slow side but most of the staffs are friendly. Small but cosy coffee shop
Great place for a cup of tea huge teapot :) maybe a little too big hehe but who cares same price as anywhere else but much bigger so I'm coming back :)
Better than the ubiquitous chains, but quite expensive for what it is.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. As a vegetarian they catered to my needs. Love the new covid 19 safety measures in place with the screens etc. Felt very safe and comfortable. Will come back again for my mozzarella toasties!
I had a coffee and a toastie it was very pleasant with friendly staff. My only issue was that it was a cash free establishment which irritates me no end.
