Quick to book kayaks for kids. Clear and clean water. Even with loads of people around it is great experience.
We went into the cafe to get an ice-cream for the children. They tasted quite nice and for what they were reasonably priced. The only thing was the ice cream line and food line are in the same place so we had to wait for quite a long time to order.
Really pretty, good size for a decent walk, huge lake, with lots to do for the whole family. And a good cafe.
Stopped for a ice-cream some nice flavours only downside was alot of wasps at the seating area

Good cheep day out if you like a little walk great for the little ones under 10s will get the most out of it parking fair price £1.50 for 3 hrs of £3.00 for all day can bring barbie q and have a little paddle for a bargain day out would recommend going

Very good place to be with kids. Dinosaurs playing area is my kids favourite. Local coffee shop and public toilets are welcomed too.
It can get very muddy but when it's sunny better not yo forget the sun cream and hats as not much shade on the playground to hide.
Place for picknick, little beach in
I bought a coke but brought my own sandwich which they seemed ok with. If you're scared of wasps just remember they are pollination technician. I thought they had real dinosaur 🦖 but they were just plastic, I guess you can have your cake and eat it too. 🥰
Large carpark, great cafe, amazing park for the children! Waterworks during the summer and small beach for paddling. Seeing rats near the cafe at dusk was off putting but this place is in the middle of the countryside so I'm sure they're doing all they can to discourage them! Plenty of bins around a
Great variety of ice creams, all Kelly's I think. Great selection of cakes and pastries. And great selection of savoury Sausage rolls, pasties and baguettes. (including vegan options!). Little bit pricy per item but to be honest, worth it as they tasted amazing.
