This place is super. Ok it’s a coffee store.
It’s really clean. The two young ladies are so pleasant to talk too.

Well, you know me, I like Horsham; and these franchises, they're alright, innit. But come on. Not getting political or nothing, but these recent adjustments to labour supply have taken their toll. Don't get me wrong; staff are blinding. Gonna give it a 4, cos I got rememories of reading Iliad II wiv
Went in Sunday morning and greeted by a very enthusiastic member of staff that made me laugh straight away. Customer service was great and so was my coffee. Will be coming back for sure
I usually don’t go to Costa but everything else was closed on last Sunday morning so popped in to grab an early coffee. There was quite a decent queue of people and just one barista - was really impressed by his politenesses, positivity and speed - rare to find. Please give Steve a promotion!
A young lady called Evie is an amazing young lady with customer service.
They are always really nice and after a staff spillage of my drink they refunded the item and replaced it for making me wait. I hadn't complained as accidents happen, but they were really good about it. Love Costa, I always have good experience with them.

I must say I don't go to Costa very often these days. I had an bad experience with their hot chocolate a few months back. But I came in today and was served the best hot chocolate I have ever had. I don't know if you have new staff or simply changed the recipe but wow. was served by William
Just a simple Americano at a table outside the café but the coffee is excellent. Come the 18th May they will be serving indoors and have their toasted tea cakes available - note to self in diary.
Changed my order and they were really good about it. They did get one of the other drinks wrong but were happy to make a new one and let me keep the wrong order as well. Really fast and helpful service.
Dont be put off by the apparent queue, it moves quickly at this brabch and there is usually plenty of seating beyond the seats you can see from the door. This is a well run Costa, usually tables are cleared once vacated, service is efficient and friendly
Great coffee good staff. Clean tidy Costa can get very busy especially at lunch times and weekends. Would recommend
Went on mother's day sat upstairs which I didn't know was there, nice clean and peaceful and great coffee as always.
