First time visit as our usual place, and not disappointed, great cup.of coffee and a sausage patty sourdough muffin, really nice ,served by a friendlyguy,,will be back.
Not for me... very small inside, maybe 7 tables. Dogs welcome, minimal decor, wooden seats which were uncomfortable.
We had a coffee and left. Wouldn't return to be honest as there is so much variety in Horsham and love the Deli and Amice.
Really nice to find somewhere with so much choice for Celiacs. Food was lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Their gluten free chocolate brownies that are made freshly daily I believe, are Delicious!!
I’m reviewing the coffee shop as I didn’t visit the store. Excellent coffee just off the main square and in my experience probably the best in town. I ordered a large latte which was enormous but not in the least compromised by its size. Friendly service. What more do you need if it’s good coffee yo
Very friendly shop, great vegetables and even better gin. Very helpful that the coffee shop seating has moved to the front with a view of the Carfax.
Best coffee in town.
If you're not getting coffee and lunch from crates you're missing out.
Also the staff are great
Crates sells lovely fresh produce nice sauces and has a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly easy to talk to staff. I buy my milk from here as I prefer the non pasteurised verity. I would recommend doing this as it wastes less plastic as you can bring your own glass containers, this also allows y
Lovely local produce and great coffee in their cafe next door!
Brilliant service from this place. I ordered a bespoke hamper of local goodies for a relative living in Horsham from Edinburgh. Lisa couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out and it was delivered on cue. Great stuff.
I bought a pickle from here and it's the best pickle I have ever had. They have the greatest biscuits known to mankind
Historical building, with a ghost, was a gaol in the 16th century. Great staff and irresistable selection of local produce including interesting beers and gins, fresh fruit, local sweets and chocs, Horsham Gingerbread and locally made biscuits. Also a small cafe with lovely fresh pastries. And to to
The Gin Corner is possibly my favourite place in Horsham - always a new one to discover, plus the team are great at remembering what you like, and advising anyone who is unsure. Fantastic array of local produce, well worth a visit.
Fab service, friendly and very accommodating when i put the wrong date for my order. Lots of lovely things in my veggie and meat bags. Shop local folks, you won't be disappointed with Crates!
Wonderful fresh local produce, right in the
heart of town. Local wines, beers and ciders.
Their obsession with local produce makes
this place very special. Well laid out. Very
friendly. Lovely cafe.
