Generally have good experiences here - I always find the service to be the quickest out of the chain coffee shop options, and most of the staff are lovely and smiley. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH CHILDREN USING THE WC HOT TAPS.
So scalded my hands this morning with the Boiling water that comes out of the taps, any child as mine did a few years ( not here but elsewhere )ago will risk severe burns if the tap is turned to hot only.

The Horsham branch needs some serious overdoing, breakfast shelves are always super empty before 9am and there isnt enough seating for busy times. Pret in general is great though, many vegan options as well as macronutrients listed on the product which makes it easy to track
Classic Pret store, well managed fast service, great coffees.
Great food and service and shop is big enough to safely social distance. I enjoyed a drink and a tasty treat here with my daughter for a mid-week elevensies and there were a few customers to make it lively, but not too many to make it crowded; everyone had their own space.
Visited quite late in the day so limited choice of food but that's to be expected. Polite staff, clean premises.

Pret in Horsham is always so dark inside, but happy that I could pick up the vegan meatless meatball hot wrap there. In fact we bought 3 out of the 4 available! Love their turmeric latte too. Service is good but slow.
