Fabulous meal as always here. Has to be the best Chinese in Horsham. Staff are very nice. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Food here was incredible. We had the War Tip dumplings, Char Shu Pork, and Xin Jian Lamb, with egg-fried rice. Gorgeous food, the lamb especially was incredible - just melted in your mouth. 100% recommend all of these dishes.
Very attentive service from the staff and we were sat upstairs in a quiet area which was lovely.
We ate here recently and the food was fantastic. We had the Christmas set menu and we all really enjoyed it. We often get takeaway from this restaurant and it is definitely the place to go for Chinese food.
Honestly the best chinese food I've ever had.
Nitpicking: I noticed a stain on the chopsticks and my lemonade wasn't chilled.
The ambient noise was quite loud after 2 parties filled the room, there's little a business can do to minimise that, id maybe invest in some noise cancelling and hang it from the ceiling (seen it in other restaurants)
Service was very professional, 10% tip is included.

Great ambience Food was great, not greasy and everything was really tasty . 5 stars for the food , 4 stars for the service. Very young waiters we had on the night have lots to learn, especially around how to carry dishes without putting their fingers into bowls/food 😃 having said that they were polite and trying very hard. Toilets need a deep clean .

I really cannot explain how great this place is. Ye, the owner is an amazing guy. The food is fantastic and it feels like you are personally looked after.
I have been here 10+ times and every meal is perfect.
To make matters worse I am Ceoliac....very sensitive to gluten in my food.
You cannot feel safer when at the china brassiere, Ye makes sure that all of your food is safe.

Great Chinese restaurant. Staff are really friendly and the manager on the front door is an absolute gentleman. The menu is labelled really well as my partner is coeliac and it helps not having to ask to the staff what is gluten free. Food has always came out amazing and we have travelled from Norfolk to just come here as the food is by far the best we have had. Would highly recommend.

Went to the China Brasserie on a Wednesday evening around 7:30pm and were lucky to get a table - the place was packed so booking a few days in advance is recommended.
We ordered a couple of Chinese beers and the Bejing set meal at £37.50 per person.
When the dishes arrived and we started eating we were soon complimenting ourselves on our choice. The food was superb !
This place has been around for more years than I care to mention ( I must have first ventured in here 40 years ago) and it always been the number one Chinese in Horsham - that only happens for a reason.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Yee and his team excelled themselves today for our annual family Christmas visit. The service was top notch and the new additions to the menu are delicious. We've been regulars at the China Brasserie for 20 years now and it just keeps getting better and better.
