Pre-ordered food for pick up. Arrived in store, with 1 customer and 3 staff, and I had to wait about 5 minutes before they acknowledged me which was frustrating.
Food was very good as usual, portion sizes are excellent,
but we had ordered a meal deal with 2 sides and we only had one when we got it
Would recommend pre-ordering food via the master fryer app, it was waiting for me to pick up when I arrived and you pay via the app also. The food was good, not too greasy and portion sizes are very good. One large portion of chips can feed two people easily.
Ordered online, was ready when I arrived to pick order up. Lunchtime special, meant to be small cod but was big. Tasty and I struggled to eat it all.
Best fish and chips. We live 30 secs from one but chose to drive here as its so much better! Thank you for the 20% off for the coronation, made it even better value than normal.
Good chip shop. Waiting times can be a bit lengthy. Online click and collect is used heavily. Arrived last night at my collection time to find 20 orders in front of mine! The flip side is that all food is freshly cooked when you get it.
Food very easy to order online, chose 6.30pm to collect, arrived at 6.30pm my name was called immediately. Food all beautifully fresh and hot, delicious. Thank you.
Love the Gluten free days that they do, large range of items that you can have gluten free - personal favourite is the battered halloumi. Staff are super friendly and clear with what is and isn’t gluten free in your order so no guessing when you open them up!
Good fish and crispy batter. If, like me, you prefer crispy chips too just request double dipped.
Great food, but they need to extend their opening hours!
It’s always when we really want food from here that they’re shut!
Had a really lovely meal, we thoroughly enjoyed our sausage chips. They also have a set time where they serve gluten free options.

Excellent quality of fish (apparently, from those i brought it for), the chips were brilliant. I would typically have either battered sausage or pie, and they were fine
