We moved to Horsforth a few months ago and this is another cracking restaurant... the standard around here is really high! Cosy and busy little place tucked into a corner of Horsforth Town Street. All of our food was so fresh and nice, my Chicken Pasanda was great with plenty of meat and my partner's Murgh Makhani was beautiful, I'll get that next time! Nice big naans as well. Definitely going again before long, great meal.

Visited on Good Friday, it looked busy but luckily we had booked beforehand. Ordered the lamb chops, chicken tikka and onion bhajis for starters, they were lovely. Bhajis were some of the best I’ve ever had. The sauce on the lamb chops was very nice as well. Had the Tandoori chicken for our main, tikka masala and a lamb balti. The tandoori chicken was absolute Devine, it came with a naan which we upgraded to a garlic naan, it was so garlicy and soft. The restaurant is rather small but it has a good atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Service was impeccable. Very reasonably priced for the location. I can see why moghuls was recommended to us by friends. It is bring your own alcohol - if you forget they allow you to buy from the pub next door or you could nip to Morrisons up the road Would definitely recommend to curry lovers in the local area - we will be back.

Very lovely little restaurant and a lot of choices of different curries. The menu is helpful as it tells you which curries are suited to how much spice you can handle!

Soooo delicious, fresh and tasty. Any menu item would be delicious. I had thali and would recommend it for the variety as a taster. Kulfi was wonderful, subtle flavours and refreshing. We have booked for Christmas eve.

Terrific little Indian restaurant and a firm favourite within the Horsforth and surrounding area. The menu selection is good with genuine variety in the curry dishes on offer. The staff were friendly, the service excellent and the food was brought to the table in good time and all together (for a group of 8 people). The restaurant does not serve alcohol but we had no issue bringing our own. The restaurant kindly stored our drinks for when we later returned having visited the pubs / bars local to the restaurant. Bottle openers were provided for us by the staff. My only minor criticism is the portion sizes when compared with other Indian restaurants. The portion sizes could be slightly larger. All in all, I would recommend this place and I will be visiting again in future!

This is an excellent restaurant. I cannot fault the food, the service or the atmosphere. The prices have slightly increased recently but not much and its still very affordable. There is also an interesting selection of dishes rather than the standard found elsewhere. The staff are really nice and always make me feel welcome. We've been numerous times for romantic meals or with the family, and always enjoy it. Also like the fact it's a bring your own as it means the whole evening is affordable and pleasant. The decor could be a bit more interesting but it doesn't take anything away from the experience. Overall, not only would recommend, but will hopefully be there again soon!
