Who goes to a French restaurant and eats a burger, me sadly but I'd promised myself one all day after going months without one, having seen my partner's lamb delivered I was secretly kicking myself under the table, the lamb looked that good the chap too our left cancelled his fish and ordered the lamb lol. Back to the burger, oh my, with a side order of roasted beetroot it was delicious and truly felt gutted eating the last mouthful, my partner's lamb was divine, it's a family run business and the owner/partner were warm and attentive I must say, a must go restaurant if you are serious about your food and that includes a burger 😉

I couldn't fault it. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing everything was perfectly seasoned. The lamb was tender and vegetables were clearly very fresh. The Prawn Au Gratin was a stand out for me, beautifully succulent and balanced in flavour. The ambience and decor was lovely. The staff are lovely. It was my first visit yesterday but it won't be the last.

Eat there around once a month and recommend it to everyone. The staff are charming and the food is incredible. They rely on word of mouth, so let's see this independent restaurant fly. Can't recommend it highly enough, go on, give it a try, you won't be disappointed. We always go a la carte, but the set menu is excellent value

This is a wonderful restaurant. Firstly the welcome is so warm and friendly. The food is lovely. The menu is mostly French / European in style and there is a good choice. The quality is first rate and the portion sizes are just right. Added to this, it is excellent value for money (and that was from the à la carte menu - the set menu is even better value).... Food this good should cost more! (And food that is nothing like as good WILL cost more if you go into Leeds!) For a fabulous meal out in the Horsforth area, you won't do better than La Cour Brasserie.

Me and my partner came here for New Year's Eve. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome. They couldn't have done any more for us. The food was gorgeous and came out fast to say it was quite busy. Will be back again soon

I had the prawns which were delicious and then for mains the roasted salmon. Both dishes cooked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce just complemented the salmon and made the seasonal veg to just have the right amount of moisture to enable me to finish off the whole m Very unusual for me.

Came back again in La Cour after a while and I couldn't understand how I did it. I had two of my top threes: French Onion Soup and Beef Bourguignon. To finish off a delicious Creme Bruleé. Reasonable prices for a meal of two, attentive and professional staff, nice and cosy environment. A perfect night
