Had a very enjoyable meal at the newly opened Six Bells Saturday evening, recommend the fish cakes and bacon chops, pleasant and friendly staff, it's not pub grub but very tasty and well presented. Give it a try, we need our village pub back

Fantastic place, awesome people!! Sorry we arrived sweat drenched whilst out on our bikes- stopping for a drink but after seeing the menu we had to have a bite to eat. Loved the fresh, home made/cooked produce, a rare find nowadays. Loved, loved, loved that cheesecake too. What a great find! Service seems very much from the heart, professional but with passion, soooooo lovely!!! Thank you!! We definitely will be regulars!

Just visited this pub tonight. Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food (I had the swordfish) and such amazing prices. We will be back again soon.. The Sunday roast sounds delicious.

Brilliant pub and great food. Really recommend the fish and chips in particular. Service was excellent and very friendly. Opening hours are slightly limited so worth checking / booking in advance. Would happily return if I’m in the area again.

Just had the most delicious meal at The Six Bells, great quality ingredients. It's a beautiful pub with fantastic staff who were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our one year old! We will be back in the morning for coffee and cake, highly recommend!

Our walking group of 20 plus had lunch at The Six Bells. They ensured that each table received their meals together, a nice touch not often considered. The food was hot and very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meal and appreciated the friendly atmosphere. We will certainly return again when we are in the area.

I booked the Six Bells for a wake and I wasn’t disappointed . The location is really good just 10 minutes from the Crematorium which was ideal because it meant nobody had to drive any further than necessary. The feedback I had about the food from family was really good and there was plenty of it. Nicola and the staff did a Brilliant job and catered for Vegans and Gluten free as well. Thank you Nicola and staff 👏

We had Saturday lunch at The 6 Bells and chose the mushroom and lentil pies as we are both veggie/ vegan. Our hostess suggested we order a starter as the pies were made freshly from scratch. We shared some delicious home made hummus and toast and within half an hour our mains were with us. It was so worth the wait! The most delicious pies filled with chunky oyster mushrooms and served with creamy mashed potato and tender spring cabbage. It's not often we get such a delicious and imaginitive vegan/veggie meal but The 6 Bells deliver time and time again . Helpful tip - always book a table on Saturday as unsurprisingly they get very busy!

Attended a wake here. They went out of their way to provide a vegan option for us. They made vegan sandwiches when we were ready to eat and followed this up with vegan desserts for us. They had oat milk available for coffee and tea. The food tasted lovely, the was service brilliant and they couldn’t have done more to accommodate us. It was comforting to have this experience at what was a difficult time.
