Wow! What an amazing experience had at the fatling pub - lovely food (especially the roast dinner) and the friendly staff really make the experience here tiptop. Sandy and the team excellent as ever and I’ve been coming here for years. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

I met with a mate from uni to have a few beers. The atmosphere in the beer garden was very chilled and friendly. We tried to order food via the app but told this doesn't work at the weekends. Food was good, quite a lot of choice.
Good location, and fair price for food including the deals. The staff are very pleasant. Ample fruit machines if that is your thing. Lots of outdoor seating
Bit expensive compared to other local pubs as two standard beers, a coke and a single gin and lemonade came up to more than 20 quid. Atmosphere is great and staff are lovely. Music on a Friday night is fantastic too! Only other negative would be the kitchen closing at 7 when we went. Completely understand the why but would be nice to order sides like fries etc. When having some early drinks. Went with work friends in a large group and wanted to order nibbles for the tables but not possible.
Spent a bank holiday Sunday here with friends and had a great time, good atmosphere and good service. I lost a ring that meant a lot to me and after speaking with staff they told me to email in the next day once they had a chance to look round. I emailed the next day and within half an hour they had got back to me and had the ring! Really helpful staff and really grateful, thank you!
Good was just ok. Service was good and the atmosphere was pretty good considering there was only us and 1 other table!

the fatling pub not only has live music on Friday and Saturdays that cater to us older folk but they also have a huge audience outside who listen to there more current music and cool DJ'S in the summer. This pub is the ABSOLUTE hub of Hornchurch and frankly the go to place in Essex and surrounding areas, its a must try, huge crowds of dancing people and elite vibes throughout. Well managed and all the staff helpful and friendly and a great selection of drinks. Overall a must do pub and is the best one I've seen in years. amazing work guys.

I went out with my family for a Sunday Roast at the Fatling last weekend, great value for the food , friendly atmosphere and amazing staff.
Only had a gluten free bacon sandwich but the service was exceptional!!!!

Being an 'old Wrinkly ' I met my son & friends in the 'Fatlin' last night. I can now understand why it is always so packed. They had Live Premier football, afterwhich 2 live bands and a 'Funkbox Productions' DJ. Tilly, Sandy and their staff were very hard working and polite. The vast amount of the clientele were smart and well behaved. I was very pleasantly surprised. Well done Sandy and your team. Great entertainment venue.
Very conveniently situated right in the middle of Hornchurch High Street. Very pleasant inside, very welcoming and the music system is not too intrusive. Nice. Would recommend the steak & ale pie with either chips or side salad. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I would say that Hornchurch town is blessed to have this traditional pub right on its doorstep and right next to Sainsburys. ROD UK.
