Nice shop, nice and clean! Food and drink is great! Only thing is it's not got as much seating as the one 2 minutes away but does the job! If it's busy it could be hard to find a table/seat.
Delicious coffee and a very nice atmosphere. I recommend it.
I love the coffee, I love the atmosphere and especially the friendliness of the staff. They are always inviting and helpful. The coffee is always fresh, rich tasting and best of all, affordable. It's a great place to go on a nice day or night to enjoy a cup.
My family come to this Costa for one reason, Loneta !
She is an absolute credit to this shop.
Remembers your order is always happy and smiling. Most importantly she makes the biggest fuss over my three and one year old children. My daughter actually asks to come here for a “chinno” to see her friend
Thanks to the wonderful baristas at this well run Costa, I manage to start my day right. Greeted with a smile and always remember my order. Coffee made to perfection! Thank you for helping me feel a bit more human in the morning.
I went in with my daughter for a delicious gingerbread latte. I sat and wrote a few cards out after the assistant kindly lent me a pen.
There was a little boy on the table next to ours and he was a real credit to his mum, very bright and polite.

A great thanks to Loneta and her team for the outstanding service they provided. Apart of the coffee which was sublime, the professionalism in this particular branch is pretty impressive. In my opinion, the best coffee shop in the area BY FAR.

I had the pleasure of being served by team at at Costa Coffee Hornchurch 1 today, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for whole team for their quick and excellent service.
Lovely staff. Loneta is friendly, welcoming and has 5 star customer service- nothing is too much and she remembers customers orders. The environment has improved recently- cleaner and tidier- somewhere you want to stay and enjoy a cup of coffee.
If you want service with a smile, great coffee and a friendly team to provide that then this smaller Costa is the place to go. The current manageress is doing a superb job with her team in providing a consistent product and welcoming venue. Keep up the great work and get that skinny Cortado ready!😎
