Wonderful place to order from, I have ordered from there quite a few times. From the website, app or calling them up old school and the food arrives on time and hot like it fresh from my oven! I have had one mistake in the past, I had the wrong side delivered, like all things they can't be perfect every time. Even still one quick and painless phone call and my correct side was sent out and arrived in like 10 minutes! Special thanks to Shane who served my order masterfully and I'm pretty sure ended up dealing with my problem so professionally and quickly. Because of him, I doubt I'll ever go elsewhere.
Placed an order today (usually order once a week) service is always good so is the food. Today our order was a deal which included a drink the driver forgot the drink he told us and we said it’s fine it’s only a drink only for him to come back and deliver us the drink. He went out his way even though we said it’s ok. He didn’t fail in delivering good service especially in tough times like this.
Shane the gentleman’s name was. He was very polite and very helpful. Got me the best deals and saved me money! The pizza was perfect and just how I asked for it. And he asked me to check if the pizza was okay before I left. So happy with his service.
The guy that served me today is a hero. I ordered for collection by accident. When I picked it up, we checked to see if all the extra sauces were there. A few hadn’t been packed so the gentleman gave me a couple of extras for the near miss! 5* customer service
I can't honestly say I've had a bad experience with this branch. Food is always hot, quick delivery and the order is ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! Their delivery drivers are always friendly too. Keep up the good work.
This is the first time I've ordered from Papa John's and I've got to say I'm so impressed the pizza was fantastic and piping hot and the staff were very polite and friendly, I won't be going anywhere else anymore. Well done 👌👍

Pizzas always taste awesome and whenever I go in to collect the kitchen is kept very clean with all staff wearing masks.
