In my childhood, parents' friends lived near this pub and just the other day I finally went in.
Rear parking, friendly staff, good selection of drinks & snacks and clearly popular for its food... will defo return for lunch in the lovely garden or dinner in the cosy indoors.

Food is average pub food but the atmosphere is nice and unobtrusive if you want it to be or can be lively. One criticism: the outdoor cabins could use a deep clean and outdoor grounds could use some detaile
Food is OK, if it's busy you will struggle to be served at the bar. Food can take a long time to come and twice have forgotten about it lol. Staff are friendly and inside always nice and clean. Nice when it's summer and you can sit outside in good beer garden space. Parking on site is good and free
Large seating areas inside and even bigger outside beer/food garden. Staff are friendly and attentive. Can get busy, especially on hot summer days, but again, staff do all they can to make sure they keep waiting times down to a minimum. Recommended 👍
I ordered sea bass for my lunch.
And whilst it was a generous 2 fillets of seabass.
It was cold and disappointing.
The only thing hot on the plate was the Bernaise sauce.
Both fillets were burnt and cold at the same time
With a few asparagus twigs and a handful of boiled potatoes.

You can scan and order, pay at the tables so lots of self paced control and no rush of waiting staff etc.

We have just had a lovely lunch at The Harrow, food and service was excellent as was the coffee. The staff are friendly and looked after us really well, as it was lunch time it was a bit quieter than the evenings but suited us nicely.
My first time here. The 'Trio of Roast dinner' was nice although very dry; the meal lacked much gravy and the carrots were hard. So doesn't get full stars this time. However, after, I had 'Salted Caramel millionaire gold bar with Strawberry sauce', and it was a very delicious dessert, presentation l
I am giving the Harrow, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars from my personal experience.
Me and my group of three try to come every week. We like it that much. The manager and bartenders are fantastic! They are so friendly, approachable and amazing to talk to. They always help with our dilemmas no matter what it is. Me
Lovely family friendly place.
Recently had lunch there and the food I would rate as good, so dont expect amazing food. Just standard pub grub.
But friendly staff and great place to meet people as it has spacious outdoor seating area too.
Great was the service and the menu choice and tbe price.
Negative was some of the mains especially the fish/chips and mushy peas.
Out of our group (9) 5 had that and 3 had mostly batter with a hint of fish and all had less than a desert spoon of mushy peas.
