Always come here for Pie and Mash which is delicious. Visited today and see that they now do cooked breakfasts in the morning. Everything on our plate was tasty and the coffee was spot on. Thank you!!!
Always love going here, now we live up in Lincolnshire, we miss the good things like pie, mash & liquor, so it's always a definite pitstop here if we're travelling down south!
Ive been all over to pie n mash. Upton park. Bow. Etc. This is on par. Just as good. Meaty pies. Mash is lovely. Liquor is banging
pies not as traditional as I grew up with but a very nice pie and mash, the liquor was as good as I have had in a p&m shop. overall better than average pie and mash shop.

I am new to this review thing so I'm trying to share my experiences about places I've used many times. Personally I have visited this place at least once a fortnight as I work in Hornchurch. Me and my colleagues visit between 1 and 3 o'clock during their busy times. The food is always hot the pies are not soggy the filling is always tasty the mash is never lumpy. I don't have much liquor but my colleague swamps the plate and spills it all over the table. The staff have always been polite kind and very friendly to us. One is very sweet indeed. I once put sugar on my food and salt in my tea by mistake and they replaced everything even though it was my own fault. I thought that was extremely good service.
It's got that proper cockney feel to it: The Kray Twins, football, Del Boy memorabilia. Food is ok, they have a unique recipe.
Lovely food and nice people behind the counter. I only wish it was open later...
