Always good everytime we go in there, whether we order a cappuccino, latte or frappe.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, as they always help us in with our pushchair as there's a few steps into the café as it's an old building.
Foods always good and typically as expensive as you expect costa to be.
Nice atmosphere and nicely furnished, always a busy café as it's in the heart of horncastle but you'll always find somewhere to sit as there is seating upstairs and the staff will happily bring your drinks upstairs for you.
Becca and Maddie always happy and welcoming. I'm in most mornings and they're always willing to make conversation. I do however feel that a new member of staff that's there needs more supportive training especially when it's busy. You can't train someone and keep the store running smoothly. More staff when the trainee is there I feel is needed. No need for the staff to be stressed.
Great place, always greeted with a warm welcome. Always happy with quality of drinks/food and staff work really hard. Happy to recommend

The staff aok. This Costa is well overdue for a refund terrible condition .the coffee we had to leave don't know what they did to it plus the toast was hard. This time. (1 year later) Coffee aok and food excellent 👌
I've got to say this is the best Costa I've been to in the UK for the service, as the staff were really polite and helpful. They even brought the drinks to our table too, How often do u see that

go there almost every week after school, great place, brilliant staff. I don’t understand some of these other reviews, it’s in a small town so it’s not going to be massive. I love the chocolate brownie frappes 🫶🫶
Very nice costa that isn't too busy. Food and drinks are served quickly by the friendly staff. This one isn't too busy so makes it nice to visit during the week.
Served promptly but table was sticky, had to get some napkins to put on table to cover sticky bit.
Choc orange cake was yummy.
Came in for a coffee while I waited for a bike service in town. Friendly staff, fuss free ordering and I felt free to stay as long as I liked. Thanks guys.
