Lovely quaint place with home cooking and lots of choices to eat. Very busy, even on a quiet shopping day. Managed to buy a few quirky gifts there too. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent service.

It is very much recommended. Had a lovely blueberry, banana, and flax seed smoothie here with a lemon scone and lemon curd. Pretty restaurant/ tea room alongside the river in Horncastle with an attractive frontage. 2 floors of gifts inside and seating on the ground floor. Good menu of hot drinks, milkshakes, and smoothies with a selection of panninis, baguettes, sandwiches, afternoon tea, cakes, and specials. Also, we ordered a tuna sandwich, which was well presented and gvfm at 4.95. Prices aren't extortionate, just good food and drink in a comfortable place.

Had an afternoon tea here and it was just beautiful, you have so much choice, they even do lemon option in the scones along with the traditional and cheese option. Really really good value would definitely highly recommend and we will be going back again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the whole place just had a lovely atmosphere. Thank you 😊

Lovely little cafe. The girls serving us were very nice and attentive. The food was lovely but as a vegan it would be nice to have more choices

Nice little place positioned right by the river, lovely food, lovely staff. Also there are lots of really cute unusual knick knacks to look at and buy if you wanted to, would highly recommend for a little stop, we had the cheese scones with cheese, apple and celery, it was delicious! 😉

Great Gluten Free options - bread available, wide menu and a proper selection of cakes. Able to buy whatever I fancied pretty much!

Food was lovely, no complaints there. Service was quite slow & staff not very cheerful at all. Interior of cafe (the part we were sat in anyway)is in dire need of some tlc. Paint flaking off the walls due to what looks like damp.

Friendly service with good observation of Covid safety. A straight forward menu but well prepared. Caters well for gluten free options.
