Super good vibes here, very polite staff. The big boss came up to our table to ask if everything was alright, and he was quite funny as well. The food was lovely, some of the best grilled chicken I've ever had, combined with the lemon and herb sauce, it was divine. Coleslaw was a little dry, but I asked for extra sauce and they complied right away. Good place to make those waiting times a bit more bearable.
This Nando’s is super efficient. The food was fresh and fast. We loved the convenient set up of the restaurant (order on phone, cashless payment, grabs own sauces, fills own drinks, etc). Great place to eat before getting on a flight.
Large seating space. Accommodated 10 of us girls. Scanned qr code. Ordered. Paid. Then they served our food after about 30mins. Lovely portion size
The service was quick considering it was the airport. The half chicken was tasty although it didn’t have the best presentation and look. The chips were tasty, as well as the coleslaw and halloumi cheese. No complaints about it but also nothing spectacular.

We went here for breakfast at 5.30am, the portion size was pretty good for the price. We had English breakfast including toast and chicken benedict. It was also possible to get a nando's burger and chips at this time too. Staff were very friendly.
The food portion is massive, I ordered full platter with large sized fries and even three people can't finish it. Food tastes great but expect to wait at busy times e.g when there is a flight delay before getting a seat.

If you want a very nice place to have breakfast in the gatwick airport that’s the place for you! The staff are very polite and the food is delicious! They have a very tasty breakfast and a have a very nice taste for European music!
Great place to grab a bite before your flight. Located after security, there are quite a lot of tables and some by the windows which is nice as there isn’t too much seating in the terminal. Food came quickly. Overall good place.
The food is really nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. The place is huge and very nicely decorated. The service was nice but my only complaint was that the place was quite empty and you have to wait to be seated and I waited almost 10 minutes, I really can't imagine how it will be on busy days. There was just one girl taking orders and 3 more people just watching her taking orders. After that the food arrived pretty fast and it was pretty good. I got the fino pitta burger, the size was quite small but the sides were generous. If you like spicy food go for the extra hot, it's not super hot.

Great fresh griled chicken breast with option to order it extreme spicy , I enjoyed every minute . The service was good and you can order the meal by yourself from your seat using barcode scan.

You can have your fave chicken 🍗 just before flying away, placing your order at the till or via the qr code. Service is kind, quick and efficient and you can opt for a table with a view on the planes!
I want to express my gratitude to the staff there- my flight started to board when I was still waiting for my take-away order, I anxiously asked them to check the status of my order, and they were all kind and helpful. I ordered chicken tights and sweet potato wedges, both are good, and the sauce is amazing!

The only reason for me to take they one star away is because one thing was forgotten by the waiter. Which I had to go get myself but otherwise. The food and the rest of the experience was great. If you don't mind spending 15-20 pounds to kill some time before you board your flight or until they announce your gate.. as such is the case with Gatwick.
P.S wizz air users you might as well kill some time with some food here.
I was surprised to see a Nandos at Gatwick. We had a 6.50am flight and arrived at 5am in the departure gates. They offered full breakfast for £11.95. The host male Staff was very welcomed and took us to out table. The food ordered come very quickly,even with the restaurant busy.
Food was delicious ,fresh and hot. All staff were very friendly, with a smile at 5am. They do start at 3am working, so well done in greeting us with a smile.
The waitress from Lisbon was very kind and gave me the best hot chocolate in the whole of the UK. Thank you!
