Great spot upstairs away from the crowd. The pastries were nice and fresh, airport prices but not extortionate. Service was good, three likes so it moved pretty fast. The seating space was spacious.
Recommend if you're looking for something healthy, fresh and away from the typical full English.
I transit through this departure lounge almost every month and Pure is the easiest option for me. Good and Coffee are good enough and you can always get a seat. Lots of charging points.

I love the coffe of Pure. Especially when Alex makes it (Gatwick airport north terminal airside) she makes the best soya vanilla latte. 5 stars to her work. I come here everyday in my break time to enjoy the wonderful coffee , in the presence of such friendly yet professional staff.
