The place (environment and ambience) is really nice. Big indoor seating area and a nice outdoor garden. Beautiful to sit outside on a sunny day. However, i don't know if it's because the evening i came they had a big party inside a private room, so basically almost there was no service. I waited for
Authentic Lebanese dishes in a English pub. Cold and hot meze are what you expect from a top Lebanese place. Nice selection of lager and Ales.
We hosted a drinks event with some starters for 40 people and had an excellent experience. The room is great, the service was friendly and efficient, and all our guests commented on how good the food was. Chadi took amazing care of us, and we’ll definitely be back for future events. He made everythi
Such a lovely place both inside and outside. Food was really good. The meat was so tender and well seasoned. I had the best humus ever you have to try it, amazing chilli dip and mixed grill. Service was very friendly, but not intrusive. It is hard to come by such a balance. I love middle eastern fo
I love Lebanese food, so I‘ve eaten at quite a number of Lebanese restaurants around the UK. This place is so far among my top favorites. Absolutely delicious food, friendly service in a unique pub setting. There‘s also a lovely outdoor sitting area. All food was fresh, flavorful and served in quite
Good food but atmosphere and service not so good. Music does not fit with Restaurant and service a bit slow because of missing staff
What a fabulous experience. Food is always delicious. The food is consistently good and I highly recommend it. I recommend, the hummus - it's the best I have ever tried, the fatoush salad, shish taouk and mixed grill. And you must have the chefs red sauce. It's delicious ...
Go there, if only for the decor, which is original Victoriana and completely over the top, with assorted marble on every surface. The food is standard Lebanese and pricey, but you are paying for the ambiance. Popular with cricket fans when Lords, just around the corner, is in full swing.
Great setting for high quality Lebanese food. We we’re there early so it was quiet but the service was attentive and welcoming. Standard fare probably a little pricey but very good
Never stopped to eat but had an ice cold beer on a hot day. Beautiful building and very friendly staff with a welcome, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will return when visiting area again.
I highly recommend Maroush, especially if you’re organising a dinner for a large group. We recently held a customer dinner at Maroush (for 38 people) and Chadi (the manager) couldn’t have been more helpful, responsive, and flexible whilst we were organising the dinner and a gracious and welcoming ho
A bit hidden but overall great. A part of the Maroush group, great middle eastern food. Place got a great Victorian design inside. A lot of great options on the menu, good service, only comment I got is that it's a bit pricey compared to nearby places, but still worth a visit for the inside decor an
Had a very nice lamb shank in here. Glorious building inside, shame it wasn't busier. Perhaps too much choice on the menu? I'd prefer to give it 9/10 than 4/5, but it isn't quite 5/5. Very worth going to though. All the family were impressed - my mother's first time with Lebanese food and it wo
Grand grade-II listed gastropub with beautiful Victorian style interiors, a handsome bar, restaurant, outside terrace and event space. Great for receptions, large parties and has an annually changing menu. Highly recommended.
Beautiful setting, great service and wonderful food. Sat outside on the loveliest of summer evenings and it was very special. Just a lovely restaurant serving exceptional Lebanese food.
A few weeks back, I was invited to Crocker’s Folly to experience their traditional Lebanese style dining. Upon entering, I was amazed at the beautiful chandeliers, wooden paneling, and gold-coated interior; it was truly a beautiful sight. Opened in the mid-1890’s Frank Crocker originally decided to
Beautiful gastropub. Exterior of a posh clubhouse (outdoor terrace seating) and the interior of a luxurious drawing room. Starters and desserts are better than mains. Service is really good.
