As airport eateries go, Jamie Oliver’s Diner is a good crack. The menu is influenced by dishes from North America and is on the whole an exciting fast food selection. Service was quick, considerate and food was delivered quickly. The price is arguably a little steep, other than that thoroughly recommended.

Thought the food was great for the price, with interesting mixes of British and American flavor... Honestly, one of the best restaurants we ate at in Britain over an entire week. The staff was a bit slow though, and then tried to teach us how we should order more quickly in the future.

I had dinner while waiting for a flight. The staff are courteous and attentive. I ordered a chicken dish which was full of flavour. It was cooked nice and tender. Didn't have to wait long for the staff to bring the food. Before I was seated they told that the waiting time is 15 minutes. They don't add service charge to the bill.

On the way home from a two week trip around Europe, we stopped in here around noon for some food before a long flight. We got seated quickly and greeted by a server. My boyfriend and I both ordered a coffee and water. The server was very quick. They serve a few breakfast options all day. I’m not sure why the reviews for this spot are so low because it was really good. We both ordered the large breakfast dish... SO MUCH FOOD! It had eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoes, potatoes, steak, toast, and a waffle with pork. It looked amazing but also tasted great ! The pork waffle was definitely the best part. Not something I would typically get, but I’m glad I did. I was so full when I was done. All the food was cooked perfectly. I did see some burgers from the next table and they also looked great. So if you are in Gatwick airport, head here.

Always full but you dont need to wait that much. I ordered a hamburger wich came quick but meat was a bit overcooked i think always when a customer asks you to get meat you should ask how the customer likes the meat. A bit expensive but you are at the airport. The stuff is very friendly

Fantastic breakfast, without doubt the best cooked breakfast in any airport or anywhere for that matter. Tasty sausages, bacon, cooked potatoe and smokey baked beans all served on a sizzling platter and there's plenty of the food, you won't leave here hungry.

As someone who got dissapointed by airport food far too many times, I was suprised by quality in Jamies gatwick. Waiter was also very attentive and welcoming. Loved the Mojo chicken burger.

Good food and the service was good enough for us - we were quite a large group. One order of halloumi was forgotten about - but this was quickly rectified.

My server came over and introduced himself, passed me a menu then left me to decided, another staff member came over and asked me for drinks order which I gladly gave, the drinks were bought to me by a third member of staff. A fourth took my food order, I had a "whole hog" burger (Prime beef patty, 16-hour pulled pork, crispy smoked bacon, tomato, pickles & secret sauce) it came and you guessed it served by someone else. The Burger was a perfect med-rare, the pulled pork was delicious, the fries were crispy and tasty, but I couldn't work out why the pickles were served on their own, the server said as many don't like them, but surely ask for it without?.. The server eventually remembered to bring over the Blue cheese dip I ordered, but this was a let down ; it tasted more like a citrus wash wipe than a "blue cheese dip". The dip aside the experience was anything but problematic, I would eat there again and yes, I had many servers but all were polite and friendly.

This should be a five star review but sadly they have let themselves down by not attending to important details. The food was great, the kids had burgers with fries and they both really enjoyed their meals. My wife had natchos with pulled pork - also very good. I enjoyed a salad with Salmon which was really tasty! The problem was simply the seats and tables need to be redone. It felt like the end of Jamie's Italian not the launch of something new and fresh!
