Very nice smile staff with excellent services
My go to place to get work done in between shifts. Nice staff with a relaxed atmosphere. Just wish there were more charging points closer to the seating areas.
This coffee shop is located on Victoria Road, not on this parking lot.

Staff were friendly on our entrance. It was busy but didn't have to wait long. The staff and always happy to help with any special requests. Great service. We will be back.
Nice staff, I am not so fussy about choosing costa or Starbucks. Whichever is near to me i go there. And i am glad i got my perfect latte i needed that time. Indeed, she made a perfect caramel flavoured latte.

Lovely lunch break from work. The setting of made me feel completely at ease catching up on some reading on my own while having lunch. Not "crowded out" at all.
Costa coffee in Horley makes great coffee, but what I'm impressed with the most is the two young ladies serving. They know most customers by first name when they great, engage in a conversation that's clearly about that person which shows they've paid attention to general chit chat. And they really
Good for the area, friendly staff can keep on top of things when it gets hectic but yes depending on the shift. People have to realise Costa coffee is a semi franchise business model and so staff turnover can be high depending on how good the management are in retaining talent.
Nice coffee, coconut café latte favourite at the moment. Very nice cakes and snacks particularly the lemon tart and bakewell.

Don't drink coffee myself, but the white toast with marmite us something else - always brilliant come every time I'm in horley. The toast is so much better from the toastie machines than from the ovens they are implementing in other Costas. The chocolate muffins are also great, friendly staff and go
Nice friendly place... the staff very friendly ... place looks great... great addition to Horley Town Centre. Only down side was dirty tables... and the coffee wasn't hot enough... but would come back again.
