I was looking forward to be back here and today having a long connection I was happy to just come here and eat . I am vegan and they have great vegan options and that’s the best for me . I really recommend. Nice staff and great food . A place to relax with nice music .

A good place to stop if you fancy a slightly different breakfast to the normal croissant and full English peddled by the masses. I had a bacon bau bun which was delicious (but small) and my wife the blueberry seeded porridge. Very nice and plenty of seats to park and watch the world go by!
My favourite fast food restaurant: classy, tasty, healthy…. So happy it is in the departure lounge ((don’t be put off if you don’t see it in the signposts or google tells you it’s elsewhere.. it’s upstairs in the departure lounge in the south terminal). Just waiting for mitsu in Spain and elsewher
Surprisingly really fresh sushi. Might have to do with being there just after opening, but the salmon was absolutely superb, even the sashimi. Would strongly recommend.
Quite slow despite there being very few people having breakfast here. The bacon bao was interesting but not sure I'd have it again. Lots of seating at breakfast when the other cafes are rammed.
I stopped in itsu for breakfast; mostly because it had the shortest line. The restaurant was well staffed and only had to wait five minutes or so to get through. I ordered two breakfast rolls. They were okay but the bacon was awkwardly soggy. Not the worst but probably go with something different ne
First time on an Itsu. As a Norwegian I found it great. New tastes, loved it. Friendly staff. Clean and open spaces. USB charging for all seats. Great. I’ll come back.
Good choice when you do not want to wait for the food. Quick and nice service! Will go back every time i have a flight from Gatwick!
Very tasty food homecooked, super affordable compared to London prices, great service.
I had the pre packed salmon, rice and veg which was very tasty, fresh and low calorie. Slightly high price but prefer to pay this for a healthier quality option. Seating is very sociable, with USB chargers.
