Quirky, time warp or simply run down - you decide. The bar which included the lounge seating was closed. Drinks were supplied to rooms meaning no chance to chat with other guests - or be comfortable. Breakfast was good, evening meal was very odd with Michelin prices. Eat up the road! Easily walkable

Quiet and peaceful location but close to the M4 junction 16. You get a very friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms could use a little updating but they are warm, good size and clean. Would thoroughly recommend.
