A great local pub with real atmosphere and lots going on. A group of us visit every Thursday for the East Devon Games night (nerd friendly) and there is skittles and music on other nights. A broad range of customers both young and old and friendly staff. Overall a welcoming pub.
Proper boozer with awesome friendly staff and great grub, definitely well worth a visit if you ever in the lovely town.
Food was lovely, steak was cooked to our liking!Nice local pub with good music and atmosphere, service with a smile as well.
I had my kids christening party here. Brilliant staff and excellent prices! Can't fault at all!

Go most days for coffee if not breakfast and definitely Sunday lunch,
Honest food at affordable prices. An older market town pub with friendly welcome (for dogs too!) and what looks like an old skittle alley at the back, now with pool table. Food is proper pub grub (sausage, chips and beans, ham egg & chips etc) but great value. Homemade curries for £5! This would be a great place to feed the kids.
Stopped in here today to try the Sunday roast. OMG, I’m so glad I did. Happy staff who engaged and enlightened. A bargain of a lamb roast with all the trimmings. Well presented and cooked as fresh as possible. Not rushed or hurried at all. I never heard another customer moan or criticise in any way, everything was positive from start to finish.
Smaller portions were available at a reduced rate, but I went all in for the big boy portion. Delighted I was too!
I managed to leave room for pudding (no point being greedy 😃)
Had a scrumptious and fantastic raspberry sponge pudding and lashings of custard. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, awesome.
Will gladly revisit. More so now I know they show all the football, rugby and F1 on a number of tellys. A diamond in the rough, that’s for sure.
Really friendly " locals" pub. Dog friendly. Good service. A great choice of beers and ciders and excellent prices!
Great place, not many decent drinking pubs around but the three tuns is definitely one.
This one (definitely) and the volly are definitely one to visit in Honiton.
Excellent service Excellent food very good price's. And dog friendly
Fantastic breakfast, dogs welcome indoors and in sitting area outside, will definitely to back 😋😋great value too
We were looking for pub with pool table, there is great room at back fir this, 50p a game, quick service, good beers, friendly bar man, loved it.
Called in on the off chance for Sunday Roast .We were looking for a dog friendly pub too. We were made very welcome and having the dog with us was no problem. Lovely roast with a choice of 3 meats veg a Yorkshire pud and lovely roast potatoes .For a extra 1.50 our dog enjoyed a roast dinner of his own . Staff couldn't have been more obliging .Will certainly go again when next in the area..
Very old pub. In Honitons main road and easy to find. Full of character.Extremely friendly and helpful landlord. Long back outdoor courtyard. Front room overlooking street and long bar beyond .Food is available, we arrived on curry night and had 2 pleasant meals.Pub is dog friendly
We visited in mid August when the landlord had just taken over the building. Pub needs redecoration but we felt sure that this enthusiastic landlord will quickly improve decor and we are looking forward to our next visit
Passing by today limited menu as bank holiday but owners very helpful attentive with great customer care plus food piping hot and really good value for money definitely recommend
