IMPRESSED !!! Wow, probably the cleanest pub/restaurant that I have ever been to. The food is cooked to perfection. Lovely staff and dog friendly. I have booked another meal whilst I am in the area. If I lived near I would make it my local.
A really lovely eating experience at the pub that is just slightly off the beaten track. I only dropped a star as the interior and place mats, cutlery etc are somewhat dated. However, the staff and food are exceptional. I would put this in the upper tier of what most people would regard as 'pub food
It was amazing food .. steak pie and chicken and ham pie followed by lemon posset. Big portions and so delicous .. wish we lived a bit nearer to visit regularly
Best food I've had in ages. We had the vegetarian Wellington, and it was awesome. Great veggies and side potatoes as well. Couldn't recommend this pub more!
Wonderful place, attended for a private wedding. Mixing classy and homely, with a beautiful beer garden and outdoor space to dance the night away, we had a magical evening. Thanks very much The Flintlock Inn!
Stopped off for dinner during a long road trip from London to Cornwall. We had pre-booked and it did start to get busy as we were leaving. Warm welcome. Staff very friendly and maintaining covid precautions. Lovely atmosphere, great music and comfy seating. Good amount of choices for food on several
This pub is a great place to meet friends, especially if they like real food prepared by proper chefs, but at sensible prices. Used to be right on the A303, now mercifully by-passed but oh so easy to reach. Well worth a visit - you will not be disappointed.
So friendly. Great and traditional decorations. 100% delicious foods. We are so happy to having dinner here.
Really good pub and a lovely setting. Great garden suitable for dogs. The baked cheese cake is to die for and the pies are also very good. The staff are very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Would recommend a visit.
We went to the Flintlock inn for an evening meal,it’s a lovely place full of character with the old wooden beams and fire place.there are several old flintlock rifles decorating the wall which lives up to its name,We had the lamb burgers with salad and chips it was cooked to perfection and very enjo

Great pub. Visited on route to Cornwall. Great pub food. We kept it simple with sandwiches but a great sandwich is a lost art, not here, they were wonderful. Great with the kids and dog as well. We will visit again for sure
