Greggs - Holywell - Photo album

Greggs or G. R. Eggs as its been called before. It's a chain of sandwich shops, very popular well worth a visit.
Great for picking up your early morning coffee and breakfast
In Greg's 14th May lunch time and I've got to say the service was 1st rate the young lad working was very helpful and polite and is a credit to your business
Regular call on this place with other truck drivers. Its very good little stop off BUT come on Greg's, can u do something about keeping food at least a bit warm. Many times the pas pastries are cold, ie at least buy a warm counter are something to heat up the food you serve.
All ways good food
Always fresh and service with a smile.
Everyone likes a Greggs now and again, if they had a drive through here it would outsell McDonald's at breakfast time because the breakfast baguettes are perfect.
Given the choice 'tween Greggs and McD's it's Greggs every time. A reasonable breakfast of various pastry snacks including a vegan (Eww) sausage roll, which unfortunately is tasty and a lot less greasy than the real thing. However the cheese and bacon wrap was good as was the cheese and onion slice.
We stoped as we needed the loo but unfortunately Greggs has no toilet but Starbucks opposite Greggs does, but it doesn't open till 7am and we coudnt wait so traveled to the next stop. Lovely and helpful staff at Greggs tho.
Love greggs!!! We go here every time we pass for the infamous sausage rolls, and ham and egg roll, lovely! Busy services on A55 staff friendly and efficient
They don't do mustard and they won't do mustard it's a good job their bacon butties taste nice without hateful red and brown sauce Its a tiny expense
Covid friendly, well signposted, hand sanitizer and staff protection screens. Very helpful staff. Good choice of hot and cold food. Sandwiches made fresh daily and pastries cooked fresh daily. Very popular with passing trade on the A55.
Reasobly priced food and the pasties/slices were light and not greasy. Everything looked very fresh. The sandwich selection was rather poor, however, and they only had 2 egg left and no other choices at only 1o'clock in the afternoon. There were very few filled bagettes either. Rather disappointing.
The perfect pit stop on the way to your Wales getaway. The twin Belgium bun pack is highly recommended to compliment the journey.
Why do Greg's actually serve cold pasties... No Eileen, it's not ok that my steak bake is 'still abit warm' ... If that was ok, id go get a Ginsters.
Great food but no one was cleaning the tables etc so the cafe area quite messy but staff were good.
