Don't get me erong Misty Waters does a really comprehensive carvery with 4 meats available and a great selection of vegetables. The service isn't great but does suffice and the atmosphere is what you make of it. I'd recommend this venue as its well priced too but don't expect top service just take
Can't fault the food, we've not had a meal there that we haven't enjoyed. Only been there for sunday lunches as it's a carvery and there is always plenty there and choice, both meats and veg. Staff are always very welcoming and cheerful. Misty waters does get very busy, usually phone and book ahead
Staying at the caravan site next door and decided to nip in to try the food for the first time for their carvery. Staff very friendly and the pub looks lovely so is very pleasant to spend time inside or outside. Lots of seating and a play area for children. Definitely recommend. UPDATE: Ate here a
We haven't even left yet and I feel compelled to tell everyone how lovely this place is. The food is well cooked, quick and tasty. The service however is phenomenal!! Their new server Faye is amazing, attentive and great with children. Felt so welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. We
Absolutely fantastic little find, didn't realise how closer to home this was. Will be going back! Food was the best carvery I've had in a very long time, staff were helpful and friendly. Best thing about it was dog friendly🐾
Went there for the first time today and really enjoyed the Sunday Carvery Lovely setting with great atmosphere Very impressed with the quality of the food. Everything tasted fresh and well cooked. Very decent amount of meat served. Standard adult carvery £12.95 and a supersize adult carvery £16. Wel
Really enjoyed our afternoon carvery, will definitely return. 6 of us had a great time. Value for money too.
Great place to buy cooked food. The carvery is excellent and provides upto 4 types of excellently cooked meat. DONT HAVE BREAKFAST IF YOUR GOING TO EAT HERE!
Food excellent - had the lasagne with chips and garlic bread, best lasagne ive had in a good few months, homemade chips would of made it 5star, Only negative is group of loud people stood at bar drinking, would be better if they went and sat down
What a great feed , I had the super size plate an was awesome for the price. I recommend to some friends an they went an they enjoyed as well. Well recommended.
Busy as it was a bank holiday but no delay or drop in service. 12.95 for an adult carvery on a Sunday is decent and frankly it's the best I've had in a very long time. Meat was juicy, 'tatos fluffy and a great selection of veg available, didn't need to book either, result.
Nicest carvery I've ever had.friendly helpful staff
Love this place. We have our caravan on here, too. But we always look forward to a carvery on a sunday when we're there. Im fussy with sunday dinners but this one is 10/10
Sunday carvery is great, meat very nice and tender veg is mostly frozen but for the price it's fine, we will be back
Possibly the best Sunday carvery I've ever had!
Amazing roast dinner. The best for miles around. Marie does an brilliant job making things flow.
