Food was great! Chicken, gravy and chips all piping hot… had these cold in many stores but not here!
The staff were very friendly and the store was tidy and clean.
It was an amazing KFC compared to others, the cleanliness was perfect and the atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend the jubilee street party meal but it is gone after tommorrow. Overall a lovely place and loved the time here
Ordered enough for 6 people including a bucket. Realised they'd forgotten the drink before we left the store and then checked the rest of the order and two portions of chips were missing too. They did rectify it when we told them but a bit irritating. Food was fine, what you'd expect
Had a chicken burger and it was pretty nice as was the gravy. They should visit the llandudno branch and teach them how to cook.

Went through drive-thru. Freshly cooked chicken was delicious. Helpful staff who accommodated my white meat only request, fussy old me I know. Definitely finger licking good.

2. Chatty staff
3. Clean up tissues (most stopped doing them).
4. Fast service.

1. Not really there fault app took longer than if I had paid at checkout.
We come here often and always get a good welcome. Friendly and helpful staff.
Had all but given up on ever finding a good KFC again but this one definatly ticked all the boxes. Thank you
