The service was good, the food was hot, if you fancy something quick, then here is good. 🌻 Very helpful staff this time I went here, which I was happy with. 🌻Last time I came was not a very good experience. 🌻 I will be more than happy to return. 🌻 Has toilets 🚻 available here. Disabled parking. 🌻 Good for a pit stop stretch the legs, have food, drink and go bathroom before a long journey either South, East & West & on to the ferrys. 🌻 🌻 🌻
I've only ever used the Bangor branch for breakfast and always at opening time so the food has always been fresh, hot and tasty and always helpful staff.
Went through the Drive thru, food was actually amazing, best McDonald's I've had in a while.
Loses a star as I asked the person who handed me my food if there was a straw In my bag, to which I was told there was a straw in the bag, only to drive off down the A55 and find out there was no such straw in the bag. It's hard to drink whilst driving without a straw
Nice & clean, busy enough but quiet enough to be able to enjoy our food in peace after a long drive. The food was good. It was a typical McDonalds.
We had a breakfast at McDonald's in Bangor, North Wales. It was lovely. My son had a bacon roll with brown sauce. He said uts the best bacon ever. We had a mighty mcmuffin, bacon, egg, sausage and cheese with brown sauce. Everything was very fresh and hot. Tasted lovely. Service was quick but the staff didn't look very happy. Maybe there's a good reason for that? Anyway, they're doing a great job. 👍
Access to toilets are not really wheelchair user friendly because you have to open the doors manually and they are quite heavy. Disabled toilet is small. But staff was very helpful with opening the doors for me.
This must be the friendliest maccys I’ve ever been to, the lovely lady on the counter called everyone guests and if they didn’t collect their order she kindly took it to their table and as we tried to dispose of our rubbish as we left another lady took it from us!! Great job!! You could learn a lot Castleford branch!
My servant callum I believe his name was went above and beyond to deliver mine and my fiancés food it was delivered so quick yet was so fresh and hot I truly thank callum for this amazing experience.
For the Manager Raman and young male crew member on the 2nd window. Last Wednesday 09.08.23 my car decided to play up and wouldn't start while getting food in the drive thru. A few customers helped push it into the waiting bay thankfully. Raman came out to ask if I needed any help at all which I thought was so kind even though she was working, Bless her. I managed to get my car sorted by the recovery services a while after. The food I ordered was replaced without hesitation. Raman ensured my long stay on the premises was dealt with and the male crew member (so sorry I didn't get his name) remembered me on my next visit on Friday 12.08.23 and checked up to see if everything was okay. Lovely staff and management and service was great despite the incident with my car.
Very busy lunchtime but service pretty quick.Ordered through the app-quick and easy.Parking can be an issue when busy.The Mccrispy was hot and delicious.Many thanks.

Staff were friendly and helpful with good service. Food was hot, and burgers had lots of fillings. Compared to London, short wait for takeaway. We'll recommend and very close to Holyhead port.
Maccy D's in Holyhead, saved my life with a cheeseburger. I asked for 1 slice of cheese, I got 2. Why is that a difficult message to relay and recieve accurately????? Young staff, cheap staff, hormonal staff...lol 😂
Came today was super busy in the drive-through and in store not suprising looking at the food options around Holyhead! Dint wait long tho for table service food was up to standard.
