We stayed at the White Hart before a family wedding, and it was such a lovely stay.
We were greeted by such friendly staff who showed us to our room and answered any questions we had.
The room was so clean and felt very homely. Bathroom/Shower was super clean and they also had really good tea/coffee facilities.
The beds were super comfy, and it was lovely and quiet.
We had a really great evening meal and breakfast the next morning too.

This is the genuine article when it comes to what a stay in an English country pub should be. The staff are amazing, the room comfy, the beer is great and everyone is so very very friendly. I’m taking my family back to experience what a real hotel with personality looks like. Loved it.
My husband and I really like this Hotel. The owners couldn’t be more helpful. We had a lovely welcome and we felt very much at home. A really friendly place to stay.
We were here in June as a family. I had relatives staying from Australia, so there was a big table of 14. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and the pub was full. We had a lovely visit making happy memories. Special mention to Jane and Benjamin for their wonderful service. First class. 😃👍🏻
During our vacation, we went here for a pub lunch because my friends said that’s one thing you have to do when in England. 😃
And I was not disappointed at all. On the contrary: the food was delicious, and their menu has some nice things to choose from. The atmosphere is really cozy and warm.
On another note: the outdoor play area for kids is a big plus!
This was the first time I had used The White Hart. Its not a pub I would frequent because of the distance from home but I had taken my car for service and had to wait for over 2 hours. It was a lovely day and I ordered a coffee and sat outside. The pub was very nice inside and the staff accommodating. The coffee was nice too. I would have had lunch had it been lunch time.
Visited for Sunday lunch.
Our meals were plentiful and most enjoyable.

Brief stop and over night stay at the, White Hart. Very good, very good indeed. Great meal, Lamb chops and the beef berger with blue cheese. The room was very good also, sorry no images, to busy going down stairs for food and a beer 🤣🍺. Over all a great place, the staff were spot on and the food lovely. See yoh next time we're shooting through from the West to the East
Simply put.. exceptional. Food is top notch with kind and friendly staff. Rooms are decent size with super powerful hot showers. Can't fault it. Would come back in a heartbeat. Also breakie is on point.
Super warm welcome, lovely room, great staff and delicious evening meal/breakfast. Such a treat and I feel we will be back. Can highly recommend!
