Charlie’s - Holt - Photo album

We had a first class lunch here today. My husband has the big breakfast which was absolutely perfect. Every element was delicious, good quality and it really was very big!! I had a jacket potato with prawns, which was so fresh and again perfectly cooked. Such an enjoyable lunch. The staff were reall
Excellent little café tucked away in Appleyard. Hot coffee and panini on a chilly October day really hit the spot. And the chunky chips were just fantastic!!
Had a brilliant time at Charlie's. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, lovely decor, and the food is always fresh and exceptional. The Bailey's Orange Truffle cheesecakes were the best cheesecakes I've ever had and are definitely a must try! The cafe has a selection of food that wil
Had a really nice breakfast here along with a coffee. The outside seating area is pleasant in nice weather and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Holt area as it's a treat. It is a little bit tucked away off the main high street area but it's not too ha
Went here on a very cold day. It is as at Jan 19 under new ownership, we've visited under earlier incarnations but it is essentially the same layout. Plus side, the food and drinks were very good, especially the special i had. Staff friendly and efficient although irritating to be forced to order
After spending all day on our feet, we were hungry! We had been searching for some time for a place to eat and we came across Charlie's. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices (given the portion sizes) were very reasonable as well. £7.50 gets you a generous helping of fine quality No
Very pleased to see Charlie's open and the friendly, chatty owners with their welcome. Much needed in these uncertain, concerning times but also providing a sensible and proportionate service response at this time of media fuelled hysteria and panic. Excellent that like many other small businesses t
Great service, dogs welcome, fresh cherry scones, nice coffee, tables outside and in. Liked it!
Best coffee in Holt! (and the wider area). We visit Norfolk a few times each year and always make sure we call in at The Barn a couple of times for lunch or Breakfast. It isn't cheap but it is very good so we don't expect it to be cheap. We have never had a bad experience here and the staff are alw
Pleasant place, friendly staff. Drinks were ok but we didn't eat breakfast here as there was a limited choice and we thought £5.50 is too much for a sausage sandwich. They say they are Norfolk sausages but don't mention anything to justify the price (eg. Outdoor bred / rare breed / award winning).
Great Service by very friendly staff who make the visit stand out from other similar establishments. The manager offered to serve us drinks even though it was 2 minutes past closing time and then proceeded to offer the same service to two more customers as well.
Great food, excellent service and wonderful patrons. Will definitely visit again. Thank you (and the dogs loved their selection of biscuits).
Lovely little cafe. The food is cooked fresh, so you know it's not been kept warm for ages. Pleasant staff. Definitely would go again.
Lovely sausage rolls, really nice chocolate chip cookies. Friendly staff. Seating inside and out. Will definitely come here again.
7th year running we've been on holiday here in North Norfolk, and Charlie's is one of the go-to places for lunch in Holt. With Budgens out of action, what remains of their car park is free-to-use, so extra bonus round. All external seating well distanced and well sanitised between diners. Good choic
Really friendly service, food was nice. We were looking for a light lunch but were all a bit full afterwards as the portions were fairly big, but very tasty!
