I decided to treat my family to a quick meal, and we headed to a nearby deli and coffee shop. However, our initial disappointment set in as we couldn't spot any vacant seating areas. Just as we were considering leaving, a thoughtful and friendly young staff member approached us and promptly arranged a table and chairs, saving our dining experience. The food we enjoyed turned out to be just as delightful as the unexpected assistance we received. The menu offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes, and each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. From the first bite, it was evident that the ingredients were of high quality, resulting in a satisfying and tasty meal. What truly added to the positive experience was the welcoming atmosphere of the place. The staff members, including the one who helped us, exuded friendliness and a genuine desire to make our visit enjoyable. The comfortable and cozy setting made it easy for my family to relax and have a pleasant time together. Considering the excellent food quality, the thoughtful customer service, and the overall inviting ambiance, I wholeheartedly recommend this deli and coffee shop to anyone in search of a place where they can enjoy both great food and a warm environment. It's certainly a spot worth revisiting for future meals and gatherings.

A great little cafe just in the centre of town where the pelican crossings are. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The menu does both hot and cold food. It's table service, but pay inside. A vast selection of cheeses available behind the counter, some cakes and some very unusual honey. Service was fast and efficient, and I can recommend the hot chocolate drink !!! I recommend, and I'd visit again !!

We popped in on a warmish Sunday in January it wasn't busy, and we had no problems getting a table. Staff were very good. Coffee was nice, just a tiny bit on the bitter side. I had a mocha, which was tasty but could have been a bit bigger. Ai also had the sausage pannini, loads of cheese on it, which was great but could have been bigger. My wife had the cheese board, which looked much better value and had some really nice cheeses on it. All things said pretty good

Such a cute place! The food was great, clearly freshly made. It has lovely seating outside between Sids Cafe and the church, the inside has a cute 'cafe' feel too!

3 of us went to Beatties last week as it had been recommended to us by a local. What a fabulous place! The food was good home cooking, really tasty and excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere was brilliant. We were only visiting for the day but if we are in the area again we would definitely revisit and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting

Enjoyed a deli platter for 2 with my son (an appreciative foodie!). It was huge and totally delicious. Everything was good quality, presentation was really good and the ladies who served us were so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend 😋

My second time here in just over a month and Honestly can't speak highly enough of the service and food. Every time I've been I've had the ham and Stilton sandwich on granary bread and I can categorically say its the best thing I've ever put in my mouth, they don't scrimp on the sandwich fillings and it's so fresh. I definitely recommend this place

Really nice deli and coffee shop. I had a gingerbread latte to take full advantage of the snowy weekend, it was almost like christmas in a cup. They also do fresh sandwiches to take out, plenty of options to eat in. They sell nice little chutneys and authentic pickles (see picture) that makes a great gift. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return when we are back in the area.

I prefer this café to sids next door. Slightly upmarket without being too ostentatious. Fresh ingredients. Staff are friendly and happy to fill your water bottle when out in a bike ride
