Usually stop in here on my way from Gillingham to Ashford when I'm teaching or have meetings there.
The staff in Costa here are always polite and pleasant, with a smile and sometimes a bit of chat.
As an Armed Forces Veteran I have been pleasantly surprised at being offered HM Forces discount by a couple of staff when they have spotted my veterans badge,
Question? Is this discount policy across all Costa outlets and if so why is it not implemented?
When ever in the UK.. Costa is our coffee shop by choise
Very tasty food. Hot Choc's made to perfection. Slightly more expensive than a regular Costa.
My husband and I had the lovely frappes and one of the staff members was extremely helpful in checking which flavours/ingredients were vegan friendly. Unfortunately I couldn’t catch her name on the badge but she even remembered us on the back and we had frappes again! Thank you so much for catering for our diets.
I had a flat white and my friend, americano and the coffee was excellent
Could do with employing more people to clear up the tables. Nice friendly staff.
Obviously more expensive than a standard Costa. A good stock of food items available including a couple of vegan options - I didn't get food but did notice it.
It was a busy time and service at the tills was quite slow but the actual barista making our drinks was cracking. He was very genuine, we had a complicated/fussy order, but he was able to have a laugh with us and chat throughout and got our order spot on.
The staff were incredibly thorough and helpful when I asked about none dairy products :) very good customer service!

A bit expensive but very nice food and coffee. The lady with short dark hair on the till next to Julie who was making the drinks was very friendly and pleasant
More expensive than other Costas nearby by has a really nice secluded seating area behind the counter to relax
Efficient and professional, very well managed, credit to the brand
