Lovely food and great service. Will definitely return when I’m next in clacton ⭐️
This is a MUST for afternoon tea. Everything was brilliant from start to finish the staff are so friendly and helpful and the afternoon was absolutely delicious. Parking available outside or a free carpark few minutes walk away.
The sandwiches and cakes were lovely and fresh plus a small Eton me
I had the steak pie with potatoes and veg it was lovely , service was great as always . I was so full up I had to take my Victoria sponge cake home with me! just like being at my own Nanny Ada's! Ty
Superb tea rooms that offer a lot more.breakfast is cooked fresh using local produce. Lunch is great hubby loves their homemade pies. Good portion sizes too. Cakes and scones are all home aswell.
The girls in there are lovely and friendly. Just wish they would open at night time too.
Had lunch here with my wife, had the Homemade, locally sourced chicken pie!! Very clean, great quality food, portion size is perfect and lovely place. Will come again, definitely!!
Fantastic afternoon tea served to 20 of us for birthday celebration. Nothing overlooked,even doggie bags put on table but hardly used as all food so tasty and beautifully presented.
The cream tea is nice. The service was attentive and friendly. The scones were fresh. We liked that the tea is served in a pot even for one serving and the coffee is fresh.
The wait staff were full of beans. The food arrived very quickly. The ploughman's was particularly good but it was all fresh and tasty. I will be back.
We really enjoyed this lovely tearoom. The waitress was friendly and the food was good. Nice varied menu too. The decor is very pretty too. Would definitely return.

Friendly, clean, food ok but roast potatoes were hard. Delicious sticky toffee pudding +custard....
Best breakfast I had in a long time sausages are perfectly cooked and good quality, hash browns crispy perfectly toasted bread ..great quality!!! A must for breakfast!!!! We also had some yummy scones with clotted cream and jam ❤
Very friendly staff very clean smart and tidy restaurant we had tea for 2 for my mums birthday the cakes and sandwiches were lovely there was plenty there too the price was very reasonable compared to other places
Wow, just wow the sevice was amazing, i called and requested a delivery to my in laws not only were they really helpful over the phone they went the extra mile to help me. And the in laws stated best afternoon tea ever .thank you so much

We have been at my sons holiday park since Tuesday and I found this outstanding coffee shop.
Excellent customer service and food is really nice.
Unfortunately we set off home today up North but will be back definitely during the season.
Went in today for a coffee and sandwich lovely setting open fire and a lovely young waitress. She even told us about the Sunday Roasts! so we have booked in a few Sundays time. Looking forward to Sunday lunch and the lovely staff there.
