The Beach Haven - Holland-on-Sea

We had some lovely ice cream at this lovely café which is run by some friendly, welcoming staff.

Fantastic location and a lovely breakfast and cuppa by the sea. Excellent service - strong recommendation.

A lovely cafe set next to the beach. Food, drinks and service are all excellent. Prices are also very reasonable.

Lovely bacon sandwich but too many dogs barking and two attacked each other right near us so not nice, although not cafés fault obviously

We ordered a couple of toasted sandwiches and ive never seen so much cheese in a sandwich. Really busy today and the tea and coffee as good as always.

Lovely cafe on the prom (no indoor seating). Prefect place for a half way stop when walking the dogs.

We rented a neach hut. It cost £75 but there we 2 families, so a decent price for accommodation on the beach for the day. Beach was clean and there was a box of toys available to play with.

Ive lived in the area for a year with plenty of cafes closer but I bike here every week for my treat. Lovely staff and ive never had a bad lunch or cake here ever. Its rare ive found somewhere to give 5 stars to and have zero negatives to say. I will continue to come here and support their business.

Best cup of tea I've had at a beach

Lovely area, away from the noise and madness of the main part of Clacton. Great cafe with outside seating, very friendly service and lovely grub! There are loos close by too. (Follow path from cafe up toward sailing club, then take the path to the left down towards the toilets)

I love this little cafe I wish they would open at weekend in winter for beach and prom walkers, maybe offering hot soup. All good though in the summer looking forward to it reopening. Often drop in on a bike ride, friendly staff and prices.

Always a friendly welcome. A large 99 for £2 good value in my book, easy cost £3- 3.50 at other outlets where available.

Lovely little spot, right on the beach front, dog friendly! They even have a tub of free dog treats and gave us a little paper bag of sausage. We had toasted sarnies and coffee, delish
