This is a lovely tea room with seats inside or outside.
Tea and cake is reasonably priced and a good selection of cakes and snacks.
Definitely worth a visit even if you don't do the hall or gardens.
Car parking is £5 all day
Lovely spot for a morning coffee and cake. Dog friendly in the cafe and shop. Friendly staff and covid safe. Beautiful grounds make for a perfect walk from Wells.

What can beat a walk around the beautiful Holkham Estate followed by a cup of tea and great value quality food at Courtyard Cafe? I totally disagree with earlier reviews suggesting that the cafe is expensive - we prefer to travel double the distance to avoid “rip off” Sandringham - and Courtyard Caf
Lovely cafe with good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff and food was very tasty. Reasonably priced for a very popular destination as well.
Lovely courtyard and big open plan inside eating area? Ordered some sandwiches and the usual drinks etc. Great selection of cakes and biscuits so can't complain 👌 Also has a tractor for the kids to play on!
Hot sausage rolls are lovely
Brilliant food in a great location, sadly i didnt have much time to explore the estate, however the cafe catered well for a large group with a good variety of fresh produce, the soup and sausage roll was lovely and ill certainly be back.
