It's a bit strange and disappointing that they're marketing the limited run winter drinks, but never seem to be supplied with all the ingredients, e.g. they still don't have the brownie pieces for the seasonal hot
Love the coffee at Nero. Friendly staff who remember my usual but always offer me something new to try when new options come in. Great reward system. Always bring my own cup for double stamps and earn my free drinks faster.

Table cleaning was not evident after every customer. I cleaned our table myself. Coffee and pastry were delicious though - especially at half price.
Lovely flat white made by a trainee barista, she stirred my sweetener in after making the coffee component which was a good touch. Nice and strong taste and much better than Costa IMHO.
